By creating an account or using Helm ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Helm is a personal finance management tool that uses AI to analyze your financial data and provide actionable recommendations. Helm is not a licensed financial advisor. Information provided by Helm is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional financial advice.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Helm is provided "as is." We are not liable for financial decisions you make based on information provided by the Service. Use of Helm's AI recommendations is at your own discretion and risk.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings page.
